"I spent a year interacting with Jamie at Anchored Heart and my mom was on the waitlist to be a resident.
Jamie knew my plans to keep my mom at home as long as possible but I needed a back up plan for “ when the time came” … after visiting several places it was clear to me Anchored Heart was the only place I felt was a good fit.
Jamie called me intermittently and let me know when a bed was available…. And each I declined as we were still managing.
She never pushed me, spent time talking to me, never rushed me off the phone and supported me.
When things changed drastically with my mom and I needed to choose a Hospice Company the first person I called was Jamie for her suggestion as I thought it was time to go to Anchored Heart. Unfortunately a bed was not available but about 4 weeks later Jamie called with with a bed available however mom was in her last days and we chose not to move her from our home.
Even though mom never went to Anchored Heart and I believe it was all in Gods Plan …. Anchored Heart played a big part in my caregiver journey and I rested assured in my choice."

Our process is a true partnership between residents, their families, our dedicated care team community and our collaboration with local home care and hospice services. We provide our residents with medication management service, access to an onsite visiting nurse practitioner, podiatry service as well as onsite mobile lab and diagnostic studies. We lead with compassion and expertise, to ensure that each of our residents’ medical needs are always met in an efficient and timely manner. Our care team is available to offer support to our residents whenever it’s needed, further empowering our residents to live with comfort, dignity, purpose, and security.
